Gary C. Commings – Bio:
Gary C. Commings is a certified Professional Home Inspector and has successfully completed the formal and comprehensive Cornerstone Certification Program. Presently, he is an full ASHI & NAHI Member in the Pennsylvania Chapter. Gary has also completed his PSMA Septic System Certification and has his Radon and Wood Infestation Certifications.
Gary and his professionally trained staff bring over twenty-five years of general contracting and marketing experience to the home inspection industry.
Born and raised in Berks County, Gary has owned and managed numerous rental properties. He has an extensive background in building repair and renovation. He also has many years of experience in general contracting and new construction, which has served him well as in his career as a Home Inspector. Gary has successfully owned and operated several businesses over the past 30 years, which has taught him the importance of providing quality service, integrity and a firm commitment to meeting the needs of the consumer.
Gary, his other inspectors, who have also completed the formal and comprehensive Cornerstone training, along with their highly skilled and experienced Office Manager, Whitney Carroll and Marketing Specialist, Debbie Ketner, look forward to providing their clients with a level of service and integrity second to none.
